Explosion-proof lamp daily maintenance method ?2025-05-08
1. Regular appearance inspection
Enclosure integrity: check the lamp enclosure (cast aluminum/stainless steel) for cracks, corrosion or deformation every month, and focus on observing whether the flameproof joint surface (gap ≤0.15mm) is flat.
Sealing test: Wipe the sealing ring (made of silica gel/fluororubber) with a soft cloth, check for aging or cracking, and ensure that the waterproof and dustproof grade (above IP66) is effective.
2. Cleaning of optical components
Maintenance of explosion-proof glass: wipe the surface of lampshade with anhydrous ethanol after power failure to avoid oil stain or corrosive substance residue. If the scratch depth of borosilicate glass is more than >0.5mm, it should be replaced in time.
Maintenance of reflector: aluminum alloy reflector is cleaned with neutral detergent every quarter to prevent the light efficiency from decreasing due to oxidation (the standard luminous flux attenuation does not exceed 10%).
3. Electrical system testing
Line insulation test: use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the conductor, and the resistance value should be ≥2MΩ.
Fastening of terminal: check the screw torque of terminal every six months (usually 1.2-1.5 N m) to prevent looseness from causing arc.
Monitoring of driving power supply: record the temperature of power supply module of LED explosion-proof lamp (normal ≤65℃), and check the blockage of cooling channel in case of abnormal temperature rise.
4. Environmental adaptability maintenance
Heat dissipation management: explosion-proof lamps used in mines need to clean the dust of heat dissipation fins every month to ensure that the blocking rate of air circulation section is less than 30%.
Corrosion protection: Anti-corrosion coating (such as PTFE) is sprayed on the surface of lamps in the chemical area every quarter, and the salt spray test cycle is shortened to 3 months.
5. Functional verification
Ignition risk test: use combustible gas detector to detect the surface temperature of lamps (T1-T6 group standard: T6≤85℃), which shall not exceed the ignition point of ambient gas.
Emergency function inspection: the explosion-proof lamp with standby power supply needs to be powered off every 3 months to verify the emergency lighting duration (the national standard requires ≥90 minutes).
6. Maintenance specifications
No live operation: cut off the power supply and wait for 5 minutes to discharge before maintenance.
Standardization of accessories: original explosion-proof certified accessories should be used to replace parts, such as explosion-proof shell bolts should meet the strength standard of 8.8.
Maintenance records: establish maintenance files to record the changing trends of parameters such as vibration frequency and temperature rise data for each inspection.
